Within Germany, DHL will ship your parcel to the address or package collection point that you specify. As a registered DHL customer, you can specify details such as the day of delivery, collection or drop-off location with a neighbour etc. directly, using the tracking number and the DHL portal.

Specify your details for deliveries at a collection point as follows:
First name: John
Address: 12345678 (The PostNumber field can be between six and ten figures long).
Additional address: Parcel Station 123
Postal code: 12345
Your PostNumber can be found on the Parcel Station customer card (gold card) and you can find the number of the relevant Parcel Station by following this link.
Within Germany, you can also select UPS as your courier service. All items for delivery outside Germany are shipped via UPS.
As a UPS "My Choice" customer, you can specify how, where and when your personal deliveries should be delivered to fit within your schedule. To use this free service, please register before placing your order using this straightforward link.
All orders for goods worth €500.00 or more are delivered free of charge within the EU, excluding Malta, Cyprus and other islands.
If the order value is below €500.00 and/or the goods are to be delivered in one of the countries named above as an exception, the followning delivery charges apply:

All return shipments (claims or cancellations) within the EU, exluding Malta, Switzerland, Cyprus and other islands are shipped free of charge. This service is known as Pick Up & Return. Our Bring-In Service is available for the countries listed above.
