Corona-Virus: Current Information

 
Dear customer,
 
we at bestware continue to be there for you, and have taken necessary measures to protect our employees and to maintain the delivery of orders.
Through constant communication with the relevant authorities, we are continuously ensuring that all recommended and necessary precautions are taken. We would therefore like to ask for your understanding if delays occur.
 
All of our staff who are able to work from home have already done so for some time. We take social distancing very seriously, so our meetings now take place virtually in team chats and video conferences. We have taken strict precautions and hygiene measures are in place for all areas of the company where working from home is not possible.
 
These include an expansion of our production area, to give all our employees more space for themselves and a greater working space between colleagues. All employees are provided with hygienic gloves (which are frequently changed), disinfectants and face masks to contain the possible risk of infection as much as possible.
 
Our suppliers in Asia, who fortunately have already come through the worst effects of the epidemic are again supplying us with a large amount of the components we need. In a few situations however, the supply chains are still not back to their normal capacity, or the goods arrive with us later than expected. Again, we ask for your understanding if a product is not available in the normally expected timeframe. Despite the adverse circumstances, we are working hard to reply to enquiries and fulfil orders as quickly as possible.
 
Our logistics partner DHL has also taken steps to ensure the delivery of packages, and safety of it’s employees and customers. If you are expecting a delivery, DHL will not expect a signature. In addition the delivery drivers are required to keep a safe distance from the recipient when handing over a parcel. DHL also offers the option of storing a delivery at the location of your choice – for example in the garage or terrace.
 
We continue to do the best for you and hope that this difficult situation will soon be over. In the meantime, we would like you ask you to take the recommended guidelines seriously so that we can all get through this time as healthy, fast and safe as possible.
