Despite the compact 14-inch format, smart secondary assignments offer a wide range of additional functions via the Fn key - from multimedia control to using the arrow keys as navigation keys. An Fn lock function is also included, allowing for the permanent switch of the F-keys to their secondary assignments.
USB-C power supply unit
Sustainable and convenient
Both USB-C ports on the SCHENKER VIA 14 Pro support Power Delivery, enabling the laptop to be charged using a standardised and universally usable USB-C power supply. This means the ultrabook already meets the sustainability criteria that will be required in the EU from 2026 for laptops with a power output of up to 100 watts. If a 100-watts USB-C power supply is already available, the laptop's standard power supply can be optionally excluded in the interests of sustainability.

- USB-C chargers with multiple ports may labelled "100W" but may not be able to provide this power through a single port. Therefore, check the specifications of the charger carefully. Make sure it has at least one port that can actually output 100W.
- If the charger you have selected does not have an integrated cable, the separate USB-C cable must also be designed for at least 100W (20V * 5A). These USB-C cables are also referred to as cables with an "E marker" in the retail trade.
- It may be advisable to use a USB-C charger with a higher power rating than the laptop's minimum requirements in order to have more room for power peaks and potentially achieve lower surface temperatures. For a laptop that requires 100W, for example, a charger with 140W is also suitable.
- A USB-C cable labelled for 100W can also be used with a 140W charger as long as the laptop only requires a rated power of 100W.
- Very small or particularly inexpensive USB-C chargers can get very hot when fully utilised. We have experienced 100W chargers that quickly reach surface temperatures of over 65°C under high load. If you will be using your laptop frequently for intensive work or gaming, we therefore recommend that you do not skimp on the power supply.
