Description
Dream Air
Small, high-end, and full-feature.
The biggest thing to happen to VR is this tiny

Featuring a 7680 x 3552 resolution across Sony micro-OLED panels, the headset delivers a crystal-clear image. The pairing of Pancake lenses and ConcaveView enables a wide FOV, while the DisplayPort cable ensures uncompressed visuals.

The widest field of view of any small-form factor headset

Pimax's pancake lenses achieve the widest field of view of any micro-OLED VR headset, while maintaining ultra-high clarity. This is due to the three-layer lens design, with the top layer being concave.

Eyetracking powers Dynamic Foveated Rendering

Eye tracking at 120Hz powers Dynamic Foveated Rendering, meaning applications and games only need to render sharp where you are looking. This creates an enormous performance boost.

Available with SLAM tracking or Base Station ecosystem

Choose between two tracking setups:

The Lighthouse version utilizes outside-in tracking and requires one to two SteamVR 1.0 or 2.0 base stations, which are not included and must be purchased separately. Controllers are not included, and it does not feature integrated hand tracking or pass-through support, but it does support SteamVR trackers.

The SLAM version uses inside-out tracking via four cameras on the headset, requiring no base stations. Two 6DoF controllers are included, along with integrated hand tracking and pass-through support. Tracker support is not available with this version.

So light you’ll forget you’re wearing a headset

The Pimax Dream Air weighs around 170 grams, coupled with an ergonomic facemask and backstrap, both which are easily moddable for maximum comfort.

Tomorrow's tech for today's applications

Play VR games in Steam, or run any OpenXR or OpenVR applications. All powered by Pimax Play, with dozens of configuration options.
