The aluminum housing of the CHERRY MX BOARD 3.0S keyboard is manufactured using a special extrusion die-casting process. The circuit board with the mounted CHERRY MX switches is then pressed into the housing. Thanks to specially designed mounting points, the keyboard requires no screws and no additional metal plate for stabilization. The CHERRY MX BOARD 3.0S weighs approximately 1,025 g.
The innovative design gives the mechanical keyboard its distinctly minimalist and technical look. Thanks to the four round rubber feet on the bottom, it always stands securely in place and won't slip. The 1.7 m long, detachable micro-USB to USB-A cable is particularly practical. Depending on the model, the completely abrasion-resistant keycaps are either double-injected with plastic or laser-etched on the front.
